Fantastic Stay on Loch Lomond
prompt valet parking excellent breakfast selection convenient shuttle bus nice boat trip
The hotel offered valet parking with prompt delivery of bags to the room. Breakfast included excellent porridge and many choices. I took advantage of the shuttle bus to the golf course. A client had a boat at the marina, so I enjoyed a five-hour trip on the loch. This was definitely a highlight!!!
I found the pub to be understaffed one evening, making it difficult to find a food menu and causing long queues.

The concierge provided very helpful assistance. Staff members were consistently courteous throughout the hotel. Requests were addressed promptly, showing attention to detail. The service was superb .

My suite had spacious accommodations and offered great comfort. The room provided a fine view of the Loch. The bathroom fixtures were modern and functioned perfectly. I slept soundly each night.

I found the staff very friendly upon arrival. Lyndsey at reception gave us ESPA treats and drinks tokens because we were on our honeymoon.
The floor in the pool changing room looked very dirty.

maintained grounds modern clubhouse helpful staff leisure center
The grounds were extensive and beautifully maintained. A golf course and modern clubhouse were nearby. The front desk staff, concierge, and bar staff were excellent and helpful. Every staff member greeted us. The leisure center suited both our children and adults.
The room's air conditioning unit was noisy. This disrupted sleep, even after reporting it.

Dinner in the tavern featured a pub-like atmosphere with great pub grub. The Cameron Grill had a more grown-up menu. La Vista offered a perfect spot for a midday refuel. The food and drink options were fabulous.

We had a comfortable loch view room. It offered a peaceful rest for all of us. The room was quiet, so there was no need to worry. The bed was very comfortable.

i found ample free car parking and several ev chargers. reception welcome was efficient. my modern extension room was spacious and light. the comfortable bed and powerful rainshower were highlights. i slept peacefully with blackout curtains.
i requested minibar refills, but this service was only available upon request. the process felt a bit inconvenient.
